It is represented by the learned counsel for the Applicant, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 28.08.2024, deposit has been made before the Registry, in the name of the Registrar General by way of Demand Draft.

Learned counsel for the Applicant filed a compliance memo to that effect. The same is hereby recorded.

2.Learned counsel for the Plaintiff would state that pursuant to the order passed in criminal case, documents have been returned and the other side party has taken the matter to the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3.It is open to the Plaintiff to file appropriate application before the appropriate Court for appropriate relief, if he is so advised.

4.Accordingly, this Application is closed.
