When the matter came up for hearing on 30.07.2021, this Court called for a status report from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchengode. The learned Judicial Magistrate sent a report dated 04.08.2021 stating that the Investigating Officer has completed the investigation in Crime No.32 of 2011 and filed Referred Charge Sheet as Mistake of Fact (RCS.1/2021) and the same was received on 02.08.2021.

2.Since the petitioner/State herein has already completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed as infructuous.

3. However, liberty is granted to the respondent/petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
