..Respondent(s) PRAYER - This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 08.08.2025 and 26.02.2026 in so far as to issue Patta in the name of petitioner for the property measuring to an extent of 281 Sq. Meter comprised in Survey No.267/1 situated at C.N.Kandigai Village and Post, Pallipattu Taluk, Thiruvallur District 631208, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to issue patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's representations dated 08.08.2025 and 26.02.2026, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representations as stated supra seeking for grant of patta in the name of the petitioner is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the necessary parties and after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representations.

3.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 08.08.2025 and 26.02.2026, seeking for grant of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the
