O.P.No.371 of 2020 O.P.No371 of 2020 N.SATHISH KUMAR,J Original Petition has been filed, under Sections 3, 7, 8, 9, 10 and 29 of the Guardians and Wards, 1890 (as amended) r/w. Order XXI Rules 2 and 3 of Original Side Rules, to appoint the petitioners as guardian for child J.Malolann, S/o.Late.S.Jaganathan.

2. It is the case of the petitioners that their son Late S.Jaganathan was died in an accident, on 14/9/2007, at Chennai, leaving behind his wife Late Srimathy and minor son J.Malolann. Petitioners daughter-inlaw was also died on 7/10/2016.

3. Respondent is the maternal grand mother of the minor. She has filed an affidavit through her counsel stating that since the minor's right is taken care of the paternal grand parents, they are looking after the child very well and the interest is also protected. She has no objection to appoint the petitioners as guardian for the minor child. http://www.judis.nic.in

4. As both the sides have not disputed the factual aspects, the parents of the minor child died, on 14/9/2017 and 7/10/2016, respectively and the minor being 14 years of age, this Court is of the considered view to appoint the petitioners as Guardian.

5. Accordingly, instant Original Petition is ordered. 4/11/2020 mvs.
