The petitioner has sent a complaint dt.03.06.2021 through registered post, on which, no action has been taken. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate Advocate (Crl.side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

such complaint had been received. He further submits that track report is also not produced to confirm whether the complaint has been delivered.

4. Anyhow, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent in person to lodge the complaint dt.03.06.2021. If any prima facie case has been made out the respondent police is directed to register the complaint dt.03.06.2021, otherwise to proceed further in accordance with law.
