O R D E R

This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the order dated 03.09.2024 made in W.P.No.21877 of 2014 by this Court.

2. This Court vide order dated 30.09.2024, while disposing the writ petition, has fixed the fair rent at Rs.25,000/- instead of Rs.43,000/- as interim measure with effect from 01.04.2012 and issued a direction to the third respondent to give a detailed calculation with regard to the aforesaid fixation of fair rent to the petitioner, after deducting the entire amount paid by her. After deducting the amount paid by the petitioner, the petitioner has to pay a sum of Rs.28,00,000/-, aggrieved by which, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking modification. This Court has fixed only 50% of the fair rent and hence, there is no need for modification in the order passed on 03.09.2024 in W.P.No.21877 of 2014 by this Court and the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to pay the entire arrears within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner has not paid the entire arrears within the stipulated time, liberty is granted to the respondents to evict the petitioner from the premises. 13.10.2025 ssb To
