This writ petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2024. Heard Mr.R.Ravindra Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents. 3.

Mr.R.Ravindra Ram, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that a direction may be issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2024, within a specified period.

Per contra, Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that the first respondent is the appropriate Authority to consider the representation of the petitioner. 5.

Taking into consideration the limited relief sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a Page No.2 of 4

direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.04.2024 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and a final decision shall be taken within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner.

6. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
