ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents, particularly the 2nd respondent to survey and demarcate the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, based on his online applications, both dated 12.09.2025.

2. The petitioner had submitted applications through on-line on 12.09.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other Page No.2 of 4

party whom they deem fit to put on notice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, whom they deem fit to put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 2 and 3 shall conduct the survey and demarcate the boundaries of the properties morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve

(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. (c) There shall be no order as to costs.
