Perusal of the record would reveal that by order dated 01.08.2022, the Original Side Appeal was dismissed as abated as against the first appellant. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the second appellant submitted that the second appellant is not pressing this appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
