Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent pertaining to the impugned order passed by the second respondent vide in Na.Ka.No.2078/2025/A2 dated 28.11.2025 and quash the same and further direct the 4th respondent direct the competent authority (RDO) i.e. 4th respondent to decide the matter as per the Government Circulars and law within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order, dated 28.11.2025 passed by the 2nd respondent, forwarding the petitioner's request for grant of patta to the Commissioner of Land Administration (1st respondent).
2. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. Though in the writ petition several grounds have been raised questioning the impugned order, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is not challenging the impugned order, but is only seeking a direction from this Court to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation seeking grant of patta, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation seeking grant of patta, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
5. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by not interfering with the impugned order, but by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation seeking grant of patta in the name of the petitioner for the property morefully disclosed in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, after giving due Page No.3 of 6
consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
