Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to restore the possession of the petitioner's residential property situated at No.17/139, Sholiyar Dam (Saddle Dam), Valparai Taluk, Coimbatore District along with compensation of Rs.2 Lakhs for having demolished the petitioner's residential house unlawfully situated in the said property within a stipulated period.
