ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who were arrested for the offence under Section 380, 392 and 397 IPC in Cr.No.81 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 21.01.2021 at about 10.00 am, the petitioner along with other accused have entered the house of the defacto complainant and robbed half sovereign of gold rings, cash for a sum of Rs.20,000/- and a VIVO mobile phone. Therefore, the defacto complainant has lodged a police complaint and the petitioner was arrested by the law enforcing agency . Hence this bail petition.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case and since, he is in jail from 27.01.2021, he prays for bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) strongly opposes this petition and submits that the stolen articles are worth about Rs.1,45,000/- and the same is recovered by the respondent Police. He further submitted that petitioner is continuously involved in similar nature of offence and there are thirteen previous cases against him.
5. Considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
