O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The mining activity is stated to have now been stopped. The respondents also state that the quarrying is within the permissible limits. It is, however, admitted that a road exists, albeit not a concrete one. It is stated by the learned Government Pleader that even that road would be removed within a maximum period of one (1) month from today.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner states that no further directions are required.

3.Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Connected M.P. is closed.
