By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondents to survey and fix the boundaries of the petitioner's land situated at Kollimalai Taluk, Thevanur Village, Namakkal District, comprised in Survey Nos.159/1 and 159/2 measuring an extent of 0.40.0 and 0.56.0 hectares respectively, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2024. 3.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was acquired by the petitioner by way of a Partition Deed dated 12.02.2018 and the second respondent has also issued Chitta in favour of the petitioner. It is 2/4

the grievance of the petitioner that he has given representation on 23.03.2024 to survey the said property and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the second respondent. 5.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.03.2024 and pass appropriate orders, for survey of the property and demarcate its boundaries, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
