This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the F.I.R. In Crime No.596 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent and now pending of the judicial Magistrate, Katpadi and quash the same.

2.When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Vellore, and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.183 of 2014.
