2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the claim of the petitioner was considered and was ultimately granted.

3.The aforesaid submission has been fairly conceded by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
