This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2026.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner had lodged a complaint dated 24.02.2026 before the respondents 1 and 2 against the respondents 3 to 5. It is further submitted that the said complaint dated 24.02.2026 has already been withdrawn by the petitioner.
