This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent herein to register the documents pertaining to 0.30 acres of land Old T.S.No. 896/19/3 corresponding to the New T.S. No. 896/2 in Old ward no. 16 corresponding the new ward No. 28 Thiruppur Town, Thiruppur District, bearing Patta No. 1465, without insisting for the No Objection Certificate from the 2nd respondent department, when the same is presented for registration by the petitioner.
