Today, when this revision petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already undergone the sentence and hence, the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same reads as follows:

"This petition is now infructuous for reason that the petitioner herein already undergone the sentence and revision filed seeking 'A' Class in the prison is not maintainable a the revision petition itself and undergo, hence I may be permit to withdraw the revision petition."
