ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.624 of 2015 in Crime No.14 of 2015 filed by the respondent police before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that trial in C.C.No.624 of 2015 has began on 18.05.2016, by examining PW1 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Villupuram. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Under such circumstances, when trial has began, this Court will not interfere under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the charge sheet. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to raise all the points before the trial Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
