2.The petitioner claims to be the Dharmakartha as well as member of the Festival Committee of Sri Gengiyamman Temple, Poigai Madura, Anaicut Taluk, Vellore District and submitted a representation dated 20.05.2016 to the respondent praying for permission to conduct the cultural programme in connection with the temple festival on 07.06.2016 and 08.06.2016, since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this Writ Petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Chinnadurai, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Though the petitioner prayed for larger relief, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.05.2016 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, on or before 03.06.2016 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner.
