ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 379 of IPC read with Sections 4(1), 4(1-A), 21(1) & 21(5) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court in Crl.OP.No.11072 of 2021 dated 29.06.2021. Hence, nothing survives in this petition.
