ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 02.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.34996 of 2023, thereby directing the first respondent to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner and pass orders after giving opportunity of hearing.

The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent passed order thereby rejected the appeal filed by the petitioner. It was also challenged by the petitioner in W.P.No.11947 of 2024 and it is pending before this Court. Therefore, no contempt is made out as against the respondents. 3.
