The respondents have filed a counter stating that the reasons for non-production of the documents at an earlier stage have not been stated in the application and the documents would no longer survive to assist the applicant in proving the Will or the mental and the health condition of the Testator and therefore, the respondents pray for dismissal of the application.
3. I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondents.
