O R D E R

The petitioner / husband filed a petition for declaring the marriage solemnized between him and the respondent/wife as null and void, before the Sub Court Poonamallee.

2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petition filed by the husband for divorce is pending at the stage of evidence before the trial Court. Now that the respondent / wife filed a petition to transfer the case to Sub Court, Ponneri.

3. In the interregnum, the respondent / wife filed a petition for interim maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act 1995. Now that the petitioner / husband seeks early disposal of the case filed by him for divorce.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the Sub Court, Ponneri to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.24 of 2019, as expeditiously as possible, on merits and in accordance of the seniority, preferably, within a period of three months, after disposing of all interim applications.

5. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above observation and direction. No costs.
