Taking into consideration the facts and submissions made by the learned counsels, considering the fact that this Court had very recently dismissed the bail application filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.12273 of 2020 on 14.08.2020 and considering the fact that there is no change of circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed for the present. -sd/- 28/08/2020 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
