ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.16978 of 2024 in

Crl.O.P.No.23947 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.16978 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23947 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
