O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.604 of 2018 pending on the file of II Additional Family Court, Chennai and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Tirunelveli.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the parties appeared before this Court and submitted that both the petitioner as well as respondent have settled the matter amicably and they are living together and hence, they seek permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Petition filed by the petitioner/wife. Both the petitioner and respondent filed a joint memo of compromise dated 30.07.2018 duly signed by both the parties and their respective counsel.

3. The joint memo of compromise filed by both the petitioner and respondent is recorded. In view of the joint memo of compromise, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The joint memo of compromise shall form https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
