Seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.12458 of 2015 dated 03.07.2015, the petitioners are before this Court with this miscellaneous petition.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.12458 of 2015 dated 03.07.2015 regularly.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.

Side), the condition imposed by this Court in M.P.No.1 of 2015 in Crl.O.P.No.12458 of 2015 dated 03.07.2015 is relaxed and the petition is ordered accordingly.
