ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in in Crl.MP.No.18442 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 in CRl.OP.No.27606 of 2024
dated 30.10.2024, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police every first and third Saturdays at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court and that the respondent has no serious objection to the relaxation of the same.
3. In view of the same, the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.18442 of 2024 dated 02.01.2025 in CRl.OP.No.27606 of 2024 dated 30.10.2024, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
