O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents one to three to provide necessary police protection to the petitioners family members against the respondents four to eight, based on her representation dated 12.08.2020. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents one to three would submit that, on receipt of the complaint given by the petitioner, C.S.R has been issued and the same was closed.

3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondents six to eight are police personnels, who are working in the third respondent police station and they are at trouble with the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sought for police protection. He further submitted that even then, without conducting any enquiry, the complaint was simply closed by the fourth respondent.

4.Considering the above submissions, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the second respondent herein and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry, after issuing notice to the respondents four to eight herein and pass appropriate orders on merits in accordance with law.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
