ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 794 days in filing the petition to set aside the dismissal order dated 21.12.2022 made in W.M.P.No.66 of 2014 in W.P.No.25286 of 2002 and restore the same.

2. Though the above miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking the aforesaid relief, however, subsequently, the writ petition was dismissed for nonprosecution. In the meanwhile, the respondent was reinstated in service and has also reached the age of superannuation.
