The petitioner is said to have purchased the land situated in Survey No.256/1 in Nandhiambakkam Village Plot No.2 in Ponneri Taluk, Thiruvallur District by a registered Sale Deed No. 2784 of 1989 dated 12.06.1989. Thereafter, he gave a representation on 26.06.2015 seeking for issuance of patta. As the same has not been considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 2.Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation, a direction is issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
