Respondents PRAYER: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondent Police herein to produce the person of the detenue Rohini, female aged about 21 years, Daughter of Mani herein before this Court on a dates to be prescribed for the same and set her at liberty. O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN,J.) The matter is heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.The petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of his missing daughter Rohini, aged about 21 years.

3.When the matter is called today, the detenue Rohini has been produced before this Court by the Inspector of Police, Sikkal Police Station, Ramanathapuram through Video Conferencing. Mr.Ganesan, Inspector of Police, Sikkal Police Station is also present through Video Conferencing. The alleged detenue Rohini would state that she got converted to Islam as M.Rahima Begum and she got married to one T.Mohammed Halavuddin. The marriage certificate produced by Masjid Mohamed (SAL) Muslim Jamath dated 14.08.2020 would also prove the marriage between M.Rohini @ Rahima Begum and T.Mohammed Halavuddin. 4.The petitioner is also produced through Video Conferencing by the Inspector of Police, Chrompet Police Station, Chennai. Both the parties spoke to each other. The detenue assured her father that she would visit her parents soon and the petitioner also gave an undertaking that he will not disturb his daughter's marrital life.

5.In view of the above said circumstances, it is evident that the detenue Rohini got converted to Islam and married one T.Mohammed Halavuddin. Therefore, the present Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
