3.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to give a detailed representation in this regard to the 3rd respondent. On receipt of the detailed representation, the 3rd respondent will look into the same and pass appropriate orders within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
