The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner and her family members based on the complaint dated 13.08.2020. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far the 2nd respondent police have not received any complaint dated 13.08.2020 from any of the persons against the petitioner herein. Though the petitioner is a history sheeter, as of now, no complaint is pending and as such there is no question of harassment of the petitioner at the hands of the 2nd respondent.
