Application No.7438 of 2014 S. MANIKUMAR, J., Mr.N.Santhosh Nagarajan, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the order dated 18.12.2014 appointing an Advocate Commissioner for seizure and re-possession, could not be executed, though time for execution of warrant was extended on 01.07.2015 and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the above application and has made an endorsement to that effect. He further submitted that the learned Advocate Commissioner has been paid the initial remuneration.

2. Learned Advocate Commissioner is absent. Though the respondent is served and his name is shown in today's cause list, there is no appearance either in person or through pleader.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the application is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Advocate Commissioner shall stand discharged.
