In TOS.No.10 of 2023, an application has been filed in A.No.1810 of 2025 seeking a direction to the District Collector to determine the actual market value of the Estate as prevailing on the date of registration of the suit. That particular application has been withdrawn by making the following endorsement:

"In the light of A.No.2157 of 2025 is filed, this Hon'ble Court may permit to withdraw the application in A.No.1810 of 2025."

2. This endorsement has been made consequent to the application filed in A.No.2157 of 2025 in TOS.No.10 of 2023 which has been filed seeking an enquiry to be directed to determine the actual market value of the estate prevailing on date of registration of the suit. In view of the said endorsement, the application in A.No.1810 of 2025 is dismissed as withdrawn.
