2.In this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the impugned tender notice dated 12.01.2016 issued by the second respondent/Executive Engineer, Public Works Department (PWD), Building (Construction & Maintenance). Though the petition was filed on 09.09.2016, the tender process would have got completed by 03.02.2016, thus, the prayer sought for in this writ petition itself had become infructuous.

3.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
