ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/accused who was arrested on 13.05.2022 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4[1][aaa] read with 4[1-A] of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Crime No.214 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the petitioner was found in possession of 110 litres of illicit arrack. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got 16 previous cases of similar nature.

3.Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is involved in previous cases of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4.Hence, the petition is dismissed.
