ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 8(c) r/w 20 (b)(ii)(B) of NDPS Act in Cr.No.163 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have found in possession of 1.100 Kgs. of Ganja. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that earlier this petitioner filed Crl.O.P.No.6754 of 2021 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn on 08.04.2021 and further submitted that since investigation has almost completed, in view of the change in circumstances, the petitioner has filed this petition. He further submitted that the contraband was seized only from A1.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that A1 in the case is the mother of this petitioner and further submitted that the accused in the case are habitual offenders and they sell Ganja through the innocent minor children in the locality and further submitted that there are two previous case as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are two previous case as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
