This Petition has been filed to modify the condition (1) The petitioners/accused are ordered to be released on bail on their execution of bond for Rs.10,000/- each (One of the sureties should be blood relatives) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's 1st son and her husband died and her 2nd son was arrested by the respondent police in the above said Crime Number as A1 and he is in jail till today. Due to the above said circumstances, the petitioner was not able to produce one blood relative as surety in the above case for executing bond. Hence he prays to modify the condition for executing bond. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by the Principal Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition No.1 imposed on the petitioner is modified as follows:

1.The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her execution of bond for Rs.10,000/-with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu.
