This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in order dated 22.12.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.20043 of in Crl.O.P.No.25850 of 2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
