(Crime No.787 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the conditions imposed by this Court against the petitioners shall stay at Salem and report before the Salem Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders. The petitioners shall not enter into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.10703 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020. For Petitioner : Mr.W. ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10703 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020 to report before the Salem Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been initially complying with the conditions regularly and due to Covid-19 he was unable to appear before the respondent and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that initially the petitioner has been complying with the the condition.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10703 of 2020 dated 30.07.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent, on everyday at 10.30.a.m, until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
