This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of one day in filing the above appeal against the conviction order dated 24.02.2025 in S.C.No.189 of 2016 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Mettur.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. The Registry is directed to number the above Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in usual course.
