ORDER

The plaintiff has filed the above petition for speedy disposal of final decree application pending before the 2nd Sub-Ordinate Judge, Coimbatore. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner is aged about 75 years and the preliminary decree proceedings have become final and the second appeal filed by the first respondent was also withdrawn

at the SR stage.

In view of the above, though the respondents have not been served, in view of the limited relief that has been sought in the above revision, I do not deem it necessary that notice has to be served on the respondents. 4.

Hence the trial Court shall expedite the enquiry in the final decree application in I.A.No.1 of 2021 in OS.No.197 of 2008 and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
