O R D E R

This petition is filed to withdraw I.D.O.P.No.106 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu and transfer the same to the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai.

2.The transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer I.D.O.P.No.106 of 2017 filed by the petitioner before the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection in transferring the case in I.D.O.P.No.106 of 2017, pending on the file of Principal District Court, Chengalpattu to the III Additional Family Court, Chennai and made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in I.D.O.P.No.106 of 2017 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Principal District Court, Chengalpattu and transferred to the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai. Chengalpattu is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to I.D.O.P.No.106 of 2017 to the file of the III Additional Family Court, Chennai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
