The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Check Status dated Nil on the file of the first respondent, which rejected the petitioner's online application for Legal Heirs Certificate vide Application Number:TN7202010051384 dated 05.10.2020 and also issue a suitable direction to the first respondent herein to consider the said application and to issue a legal heirs certificate after due verification.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the First to Third Respondents submitted that while pending the Writ Petition, the petitioner was issued legal heirship certificate as claimed by her. Therefore, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition. 2/4

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to third respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
