The applications are to condone the delay of 5660 days in filing application to set aside the abatement in bring on the legal representatives of the deceased third defendant and to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the 10th and 11th respondent as 10th and 11th defendants in the suit in their capacity as legal representatives of the deceased third defendant.

3. In view of the fact that the 10th and 11th respondents have not shown any inclination to appear before the Court, the delay stands condoned, abatement is set aside and the said legal representatives are brought on record as D10 and D11 in the suit/ C.S. No. 326 of 2006. 11.06.2025 Maya 1/2
