The writ has been filed to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.07.2020.

2. Perusal of the representation would reveal that the particulars available are insufficient to consider the case of the writ petitioner. The representation was submitted both to the District Collector and the Tahsildar.

3. Any such representation for correction of Revenue records must be submitted before the competent authority under the provisions of the 2/4

relevant statues and rules in force. Such vague applications cannot be directed to be considered and therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a proper application, setting out all the facts and details to the competent authority, enabling the authorities to consider the same.
